1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF BURGOS, SAN JOSE, TARLAC, through the BARANGAY FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT PESOS (Php158,858.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Goods-2025-002-SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT SITIO AGUS, BURGOS, SAN JOSE, TARLAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
