INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2024-117 (NP) SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SANITARY NAPKIN VENDING MACHINE, CATBALOGAN CITY

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2024 GAD-CHO Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Twenty-Five (25) Calendar Days under section 53.9 of RA 9184 Small Value Procurement - Supply and Delivery of Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine for Goods 2024-117 (NP). Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the City Procurement Office 4TH Floor City Hall Catbalogan City and inspect the Documents from 9:00 am-5:00 pm from the date of posting until 9:00 am of July 15, 2024
