Description : Prospective bidders must have completed, within the period as specified in the bidding documents, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value must be at least fifty (50%) percent of the ABC to be bid. The Eligibility Check as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be immediately conducted thereafter.

All particulars relative to Eligibility, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid documents will be available to interested bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount to the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) in accordance with the values fixed by the BAC Secretariat. All documents to be submitted must be addressed to the Bids and Awards Committee of the Provincial Government of Bulacan on the date fixed herein.
