1. The Governor-s Office- Provincial WaterWorks System(GO-PWWS) had requested for the Procurement of Calcium and Hypochlorite 70-90% (Chlorine)intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱60,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (Chemical and Filtering Supplies- 2025, 5-02-03-130) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
