1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (MOOE 2026, 5-02-03-090) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Pesos (₱18,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Fuel-Premium (Livelihood Assistance for Tricycle Drivers for the Governor-s Office-Public Employment Services Division (GO-PESD). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
