The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (Other Maintenance and Operating Expense 2025, 5-02-99-990) intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (₱17,999,995.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuel-Premium (Livelihood Assistance for Tricycle drivers) for the Governor-s Office - Provincial Employment Service Division (GO-PESD).
