The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for C.Y 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,980,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF FUEL DIESEL TO BE USED FOR THE DIFFERENT PPA-S (MEDICAL MISSION, GOVERNOR-S CUP, ABANTE BOHOL CARAVAN, TUPAD, SANDUGO FESTIVAL, CPG SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AND SECURITY FOR VISITING DIGNITARIES BY THE GOVERNOR-S OFFICE FOR C.Y. 2025with Procurement Reference No. A-2025-0004
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
