Tenders are invited for Global Health Campus Audio Visual Systems and Services IFC is expecting its appointment by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) of the Philippines as transaction advisor to review the unsolicited proposals for long-term concessions involving upgrading, operation and maintenance of three (3) regional airports namely Bicol, Bohol and Laguindingan airports, submitted by a local conglomerate (Proponent) pursuant to the BOT law and its latest implementing rules and regulations (IRR). IFC is seeking the assistance of a Technical Consultant to help undertake the due diligence review of the unsolicited PPP proposals and assist in the eventual tendering via a Swiss challenge of the long-term concessions for the three airports that will attract reputable international and domestic commercial airport operators and investors. The assignment also includes a screening activity of other airports in the country with the objective of identifying the most viable candidate airports for PPP under a competitive process.
