1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Million One Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Eighty Eight Pesos Only (PhP9,167,088.00) being the ABC to payments under the contracts for the Renovation of Data Center and Central Clearing Department Satellite Office at LANDBANK Aurora Blvd. Office Building with Project Identification No. LBP-GIBAC-ITB-CW-20240802-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the Renovation of Data Center and Central Clearing Department Satellite Office at LANDBANK Aurora Blvd. Office Building is indicated in Section VI, Specifications.
