1. The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Office VI, through the Centrally-Managed Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Five Million Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱55,670,380.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for GF 25 029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
