1. The City of Iloilo, through the Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses Dialysis Center (East Baluarte)-P90,000.00 (San Isidro)-P90,000.00 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the General Pest Control Treatment and Quality Control Monitoring for USWAG Dialysis East Baluarte and San Isidro Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon approval of end-user of final lay-out.
