Description : 1 lot GENERAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE SYSTEM (Termite and Pest Control) for the SANDIGANBAYAN CENTENNIAL BUILDING CY 2025-2026

Scope of Work:

The Contractor will Supply the Labor and Materials for the General Pest Control and Termite Control with monthly maintenance for twelve (12) months with at least 4 personnels per service provided by the service provider contractor using the following methods

The services shall include the control and prevention of infestation of the following pest
1. Common House Pests
2. All Crawling and Flying Insects
3. Rodents
4. Termites and all crawling and flying insects.

I. General Pest Control

1. Treatment
1.1. The general pest control treatment shall include the control and prevention of infestation of the aforementioned insects/pests;
1.2. Thermal fogging/misting with odorless and non-misting chemical. All areas inside and outside the buildings shall be covered;
