(BRGY. TINGUB 02-2025)

1. The Brgy. Tingub of Mandaue, through the DILP fund transfer for the Implementation of "General Merchandise" for Tingub Informal Workers Association of LGU-Tingub, Mandaue City Approved by the Sanggunian on February 11, 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and Eighty Centavos (1,206,758.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for General Merchandise (BRGY. TINGUB 02-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Brgy. Tingub of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
