Section I. Invitation to Bid

BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR GENERAL FUND-ANNUAL CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT CY 2025 (PASKO SA MANJUYOD)

1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱260,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for General Fund-Annual Cultural Development CY 2025 (Pasko Sa Manjuyoid) with PR No.: 1002511-1345-061 dated November 21, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for General Fund-Annual Cultural Development CY 2025. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
