Description : The selected service provider shall:
Perform general and deep cleaning of air conditioning units
Clean internal components: filters, coils, condenser, blower, and drainage system.
Check refrigerant levels and basic unit performance.
Provide light repairs or recommendations for further maintenance if needed.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization using environmentally safe products.
Submit a service report after each session.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Services will be conducted bi-annually, or as needed upon request.
Quoted prices must be inclusive of all charges, such as labor, equipment and materials, taxes and any other incidental costs

All of the required items in the RFQ must be accomplished COMPLETELY. DO NOT LEAVE ANY BLANK PORTIONS ON THE STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE. Bidders must state either “Comply” or “Not Comply” against each of the individual parameters of each Specification stating the corresponding performance parameter of the item/s offered. Failure to do so shall be a ground for the rejection of the bid.
