  Scope of Works:
  I. Pre-Cleaning Procedures
  * Site Survey & Safety Protocols: Conduct an initial inspection of the tank and surrounding area to identify potential hazards and preexisting damage.
  * Permits & Notifications: Secure all necessary access and confined space entry permits and notify hospital building staff and patients and the fire alarm monitoring system of the planned temporary system shutdown.
  * Isolation & Lockout/Tagout: Shut off the inlet and outlet valves and apply proper tagout procedures to prevent accidental or system activation during cleaning.
