Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Thirty-Six Pesos
(PhP707,036.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the General Cleaning
and Preventive Maintenance Services of Air-Conditioning Units in PNOC EC Head Office
“Project”. The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC Head Office, Buildings 1 and 2, Rizal Drive
BGC, Taguig City within one (1) year (Quarterly Engagement) after receipt of Notice to Proceed
and Acceptance Letter.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Scope of Work for complete details.
