Description : GENERAL CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION OF AIR CONVEYANCE SYSTEM OF GSIS BUILDING, PASAY CITY

1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php13,590,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project General Cleaning and Decontamination of Air Conveyance System of GSIS Building, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The GSIS now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred (150) calendar days starting on the date to be stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the past ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, must be at least equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
