INVITATION TO BID

Description

1) The City Government of Tanauan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP15,620,000.00 per month being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Garbage Hauling and Disposal Services. Bid received in excess of the ABC Shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Tanauan now invites bids for Garbage Hauling and Disposal Services of the prospective bidder of all its ongoing and completed government and private contracts, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any, whether similar or not similar in nature and complexity to the contract to be bid, within the relevant period. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
