1. The City of Iloilo, through the Office of the City General Services Officer - Garbage Collection & Disposal Environmental/Sanitary Services SPA - Development Fund, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱255,956,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Garbage Collection & Disposal Services (Environmental/Sanitary Services) in the City of Iloilo for the Calendar Year 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
