Description : 1. The ISABELO DELOS REYES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (IRES), through GAA for the Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 231,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GAD CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING (Contract No. IRES-2024-1030V). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The IRES now invites bids for GAD CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING bidding. The following are the specifics for the activity:
* Number of Participants - 210pax
* Preferred Venue - Hotel within Manila
* Accommodation - Function/Plenary hall with stage with Wi-Fi Access.
* Date/Time - October 18, 2025, / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Meal Provisions per Pax - 2 snacks (AM and PM), 1 lunch meal, unlimited coffee
* Equipment needed - LCD Projector with wide screen, sound system with microphones, LED Projector and use of facilities.
