Description : 1. The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million One Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-One Thousand and 32/100 Pesos (PhP 19,111,321.32) for three (3) years or Six Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Four and 44/100 Pesos (PhP6,370,440.44) per year, at Php 1.24 per print, inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract for the above-cited project.

2. The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The project shall cover the supply, delivery and installation of sixty (60) units Multi-Function Printer (MFP) in the DBP Head Office and must be delivered within ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Managed Print Services shall be for a period of three (3) years or until the contract price of the winning Bidder has fully consumed, whichever comes first.
