Description : 1. The City Government of Calamba through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 204,864.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for G-2025-0472 Supply and Delivery of Printed Materials, Office of the City Vice-Mayor/City of Calamba

2. The City Government of Calamba is now inviting eligible suppliers to submit quotation(s) for the above stated procurement. Delivery of the GOODS is required to be completed within twenty one (21) calendar day/s.

3. The procurement will be conducted through the Alternative Method of Procurement, specifically Negotiated Procurement, as provided for under Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A 9184.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents maybe acquired by interested Bidders or his duly authorized representative (s) from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 500.00.
