  Description : 1. The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,100,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract for the above-cited project.
  
  2. The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  3. All works specified in the Technical Specifications/Terms of Reference, including the testing of one (1) sprinkler head and provision of training and orientation, must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP)/Purchase Order (PO).
