1. The DepEd Pangasinan Schools Division Office II through the FY 2024- Electrification of
Unenergized Schools and Modernization of Electrical System on Grid Schools Batch 25 intends
to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contracts for FY 2024 Electrification of Unenergized Schools and Modernization of Electrical
System on Grid Schools Batch 25 (Pang2-INFRA-2025-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
