Description : FURNISHING OF PROVINCIAL WELLNESS CENTER (COMPLETION OF CENTER-LOCKER ROOM, SPORTS EQUIPMENT, PARTITION, ETC.)
1. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the 20% DF (8918-02), SB #3 FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seven Pesos and Forty Two Centavos (1,487,707.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Provincial Wellness Center (Completion of Center-Locker Room, Sports Equipment, Partition, Etc.) (CW-CON-21-19). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
