  1. The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the Capital Outlay - Buildings (Improvement of Office Buildings) - SP Legislative Funded under Supplemental Budget #1 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS and 19/100 (Php 999,557.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Improvement of Office Building, Capitol Compound - Bangbangalon, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
