1. The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF CY 2025 - Infrastructure Development - Upgrading / Concreting / Rehabilitation / Improvement of Local Road / FMR / Access Road - Construction / Improvement of Road, Barangay Sumangga, Mogpog intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction / Improvement of Road, Barangay Sumangga, Mogpog, Brgy. Sumangga, Mogpog, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
