1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF CY 2025 - Agriculture - Infrastructure Related Project - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Waterworks System at PTADC, Barangay Tamayo, Sta. Cruz intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE PESOS and 05/100 (P6,753,139.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the Rehabilitation / Improvement of Waterworks System at PTADC, Barangay Tamayo, Sta. Cruz, Brgy. Tamayo, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
