  1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF CY 2022 - Construction / Improvement of Hospital Building / Facility - Improvement of MPH Building intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE PESOS and 73/100 (P2,995,983.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the IMPROVEMENT OF MPH BUILDING, Brgy. Santol, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
