  1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF CY 2025 - Infrastructure Development - Upgrading / Concreting / Rehabilitation / Improvement of Local Road / FMR / Access Road - Concreting of Tambunan Road, Boac intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO PESOS and 77/100 (P6,998,982.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the Concreting of Tambunan Road, Boac, Tambunan, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
