1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund (CDF Social) FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 62/100 (₱5,098,513.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Furnishing of Labor and Materials for the Renovation of MVGCCGH (Existing STP, Waste Water Treatment Facility & Integration of Tertiary Treatment for Water Re-use) (Early Procurement Activity 2023). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
