1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund (Continuing) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Pesos and 29/100 (₱ 3,336,319.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Furnishing of Labor and Materials for the Rehabilitation of Existing Waste Water Treatment Facility (Electro-Mechanical Equipment) @ MVG Cabanatuan City Gen. Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
