Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO7), through the General Appropriation Act - SRIP (GAA-SRIP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 36/100 (Php3,274,513.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Construction Materials for the Repair of Canal and Canal Structure of Hibale SRIP, Danao, Bohol with contract No. RIO-GOODS-10-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Five (105) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
