Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO7), through the General Appropriation Act - Repair NIS (GAA-Repair NIS) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty One Pesos and 46/100 (Php3,749,931.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Construction Materials for the Repair of Canal and Canal Structure of Bohol Integrated Irrigation System, Talibon SRIS, Talibon, Bohol with Contract No. RIO-GOODS-09-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
