The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 12,685,318.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-GS-2025-003 Furnishing of 12,972cu.m Crushed Aggregates (with Binder) to be use for the Improvement/Gravelling of various Local Roads and Farm to Market Roads (Cluster 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
