  PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php: 180,000.00
  2. Source of Fund: LCPC and GAD fund C.Y 2026
  3. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final VAT and expanded withholding tax (EWT) of 1%
  4. Price quotation shall be valid within Seven (7) calendar day from the deadline of submission of RFQ.
  5. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “basis/per item.
  6. Delivery period is Three (3) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice of Award/PO.
