Description : Supply and Provision of Fuel for GSIS Bohol Branch vehicles and generator set:
Diesel
Gasoline
The prices indicated shall be valid within 100 calendar days or until a contract is issued whichever
comes earlier.
The provision of supply and related services shall be made available by the supplier to the GSIS
Bohol Branch Office upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed from GSIS. The supplier shall allow the
GSIS Bohol Branch Office to draw fuel as the need arises subject to the submission/presentation
by GSIS authorized personnel of a duly accomplished Trip Ticket and Approved Fuel withdrawal
slip. The duration of the contract shall be from January 2025 up to December 2025, unless
otherwise revoked by the GSIS due to non-compliance of the supplier with the Terms of Reference
herein set forth
