Additional conditions of the contract:

1. For purposes of bid evaluation and/or comparison of
bids, the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be determined
by computing the Retail Pump Prices less the discounts
offered or plus premium (%).

2. For purposes of payment, the discount/premium (in
percentage), if any, stated in the contract shall be fixed
fromthe time of the bidding through the term of the
contract.

3. The amount to be paid by the procuring entity for fuel
requirements actually withdrawn shall be the total
actual retail pump price less the discounts offered or plus
premium.

4. Billing shall be submitted on the 1st week of the following month.

5. The procuring entity shall be allowed to make
adjustments in the units / volume to be delivered per
type of product to conform to the remaining amount in
the total contract price.
