1. A fuel withdrawal slip shall be issued by the office every request and trip.
2. Winning bidder shall issue statement of account (SOA), attaching the original receipts, every 15th and 30th/31st of the month.
3. Unit price should be inclusive of withholding, if VAT registered.
4. It shall be paid on account (credit).
5. Winning bidder shall provide for the complete bank details where the payment shall be transferred online. (LDDAP)
6. In case of non-Landbank account, the bank service fee shall be charged to the winning bidder.
7. Supplier must be PhilGEPS-registered
