Terms of Reference:
1. Contract Duration will be for a period of Six Months.

2. The fuel service provider shall provide Gasoline, Diesel and free basic services like windsheild cleaning, oil/water level checking and pressure gauge measurement to NPO.

3. The fuel service provider must have a fuel station located within a 5 kms radius from NPO at Edsa cor. NIA North Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

4. A transaction slip/receipt/invoice shall be issued every time fuel is withdrawn.

5. The statement of account should be accurate with the receipt/invoice issued by the supplier.

6. Payment will be done on a monthly basis upon submission by the supplier of its Statement of Account/Billing with the Transaction Slip/Official Receipt/Invoice and other-supporting documents.

7. Fuel payment shall be based on the prevailing retail pump price at the time of withdrawal.
