Description : Procurement of petroleum products through coupon redemption for qualified Virginia tobacco farmers municipality-wide.
Scope of Work / Terms and Conditions:
1. The supplier shall honor and accept fuel coupons issued by the Municipal Government for the withdrawal of petroleum products by qualified farmer-beneficiaries.
2. Fuel products to be dispensed shall conform to applicable quality and safety standards.
3. Redemption of coupons shall be made at the supplier-s authorized and operational fuel station accessible to beneficiaries within or nearest the Municipality.
4. The supplier shall maintain records of redeemed coupons, including date of transaction, quantity of fuel released, and name/signature of claimant, subject to verification by the Procuring Entity.
5. The supplier shall submit redeemed coupons and supporting documents for billing and payment purposes.
6. Fuel dispensing shall continue until the total approved contract amount or allocated fuel quantity has been fully utilized.
