1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2024 intends to apply the sum of FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS for Various Departments being the ABC to payments under the contract for One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos Only (P/1,869,858.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
