  FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR JLGMH CY 2026
  
  1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Six Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight and 60/100 Pesos Only (P/12,638,958.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for JLGMH CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
