FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERIC DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR JLGMH CY 2025

1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Generic Drugs and Medicines for JLGMH CY 2025 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Five Million Nine Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Pesos and 50/100 Pesos Only (P/5,947,611.50). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Generic Drugs and Medicines for JLGMH CY 2025.
