FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EMERGENCY DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR JLGMH CY 2025

1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P/12,750,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Emergency Drugs and Medicines for JLGMH CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Emergency Drugs and Medicines for JLGMH CY 2025. Delivery of the Goods is required within the specified delivery time stated in the Scope of work/Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
