1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (P/11,630,590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines (Emergency Drugs) for JLGMH CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
