Description : 1. The Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (PhP250,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Shirts for AIRTIP and WRSD Activities for CY 2025 Under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Shirts for AIRTIP and WRSD Activities for CY 2025 Under Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the PE. Bidders should have completed, within (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
