FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING SERVICES OF TARPAULIN

FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYTAY

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
ONE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 1,500,000.00) as
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Framework
Agreement for Printing Services of Tarpaulin for the Municipal Government of Taytay.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Framework Agreement for Printing
Services of Tarpaulin for the Municipal Government of Taytay. Bidders should have a completed
contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
