FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR MEDICAL GRADE OXYGEN FOR THE
USE OF TAYTAY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE,
AND MDRRMO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY
The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP 1,000,000.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract Framework Agreement for Medical Grade Oxygen for the use of
Taytay Emergency Hospital (TEH), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Disaster
Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) of the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
